The Site Administration grants you access to the use of the Dvachu Website and its functionality on the terms that are the subject of these Dvachu Website Terms of Use. In this regard, you should carefully read the terms of these Rules, which are considered by the Site Administration as a public offer in accordance with art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Terms used in these Rules
1.1. The Dvachu Website (or Website) is a social network known as "Dvachu", hosted on the Internet at: 2chu.ru , 2chu.ru (including all levels of the specified domains, both functioning as of the date of the User's acceptance of these Rules, and being launched and put into operation during its entire validity period) and accessible to the User through the website, the mobile version of the website, applications and other resources, which is the result of intellectual activity in the form of a computer program. A social network is represented in an objective form by a set of data and commands, and generated audiovisual displays (including its graphical images and user interface) (hereinafter referred to as data and commands), intended for the operation of computers and mobile devices in order to obtain a certain result in the form of organization of the functionality of the social network. The set of data and commands consists of activated and non-activated data and commands.
1.2. Inactive data and commands – data, commands, and generated audiovisual displays that increase the number of virtual values used within the functionality of the Site. The conditions for granting the Administration to the User the right to use inactive data and commands are defined in the license agreement, which is an integral part of these Rules, the current version of which is freely available on the Internet at: https://2chu.ru/licence , concluded by the Site Administration with the User.
2. The status of the Rules for using the Dvachu Website
2.1. These Terms of Use of the Dvachu Website (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed by the Website Administration and define the terms of use and development of the Website, its services, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and Administration. The Rules also apply to relationships related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be affected by the actions of Users of the Site.
2.2. These Rules are a legally binding agreement between the User and the Site Administration, the subject of which is to provide the Site Administration with access to the User to use the Site and its functionality. In addition to these Rules, the agreement between the User and the Site Administration includes all special documents governing the provision of access to the use of certain Site functionality (including its inactive data, commands and services) posted in the relevant sections of the Site and/or in the services on the Site.

The Site Administration recommends that Users regularly check the terms of these Rules for changes and/or additions. Continued use of the Site by the User after making changes and/or additions to these Rules means acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and/ or additions.
3. The Status Of The Dvachu Website
3.1. The rights to the Website as a whole and to use the network address (domain name) https://2chu.ru belong to the Site Administration. The latter provides access to the Site to all interested parties in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. These Rules establish the conditions according to which the rights to use information and results of intellectual activity (including, but not limited to literary, musical, audiovisual works and phonograms, graphic and design works, photographic works, computer programs) as part of separate sections of the Site may belong to the Users of the Site and other persons, who independently created and/or placed the specified objects on the Site without the direct participation of the Site Administration.
4. Administration Of The Dvachu Website
4.1. The Administration of the Dvachu Website (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration or Administration) in these Rules and other special documents posted on the Website means the Limited Liability Company "In Contact", a legal entity established under the legislation of the Russian Federation and registered at the address: 191024, St. Petersburg, Khersonskaya St., 12-14, letter A, room 1-N.
4.2. Appeals, suggestions and claims of individuals and legal entities to the Site Administration in connection with these Rules and all issues related to the functioning of the Site, violations of the rights and interests of third parties when using it, as well as for requests from persons authorized by the legislation of the Russian Federation, may be sent to the postal address of Vkontakte LLC specified in 4.1. these Rules. The Site Administration will make efforts to consider appeals and claims against it within 30 calendar days, unless another period is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.3. With regard to the functioning and development of the Site, the Administration is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, these Rules and other special documents that have been developed or may be developed and adopted by the Site Administration in order to regulate the provision of Users with access to certain functionality of the Site.
4.4. No provisions of these Rules grant the User the right to use the brand name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Site Administration. The right to use the brand name, trademarks, domain names and other distinguishing marks of the Site Administration may be granted only by written agreement with the Site Administration.
5. Registration on the Dvachu Website and User status
5.1. The Dvachu website is a Service of the VK Ecosystem. User registration on the Website is free, voluntary and is performed using the VK ID tool. Registration and/or authorization on the Site via VK ID means acceptance of the VK Ecosystem User Agreement, which is publicly available on the Internet at https://id.2chu.ru/terms , and the Privacy Policy of the VK Ecosystem, which is publicly available on the Internet at https://id.2chu.ru/privacy .
5.2. The User of the Site is an individual registered on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, who has reached the age allowed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for acceptance of these Rules, and has the appropriate authority (previously and hereinafter referred to as the User).
5.3. When registering on the Site, the User is obliged to provide the Site Administration with the necessary reliable and up-to-date information for the formation of the User's personal page, including a unique login and password for each User to access the Site, as well as a surname and first name. The registration form of the Website may request additional information from the User.
5.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy, topicality, completeness and compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of the information provided during registration and its purity from claims of third parties.
