Agreement on the use of paid subscription of Projects hosted on the Website 2chu.ru

This Agreement is about using a paid subscription for Projects hosted on the Site pages. 2chu.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the Authors of projects (hereinafter referred to as the "Author of the Project", the "Author"), authorized employees of the Site Owner (Administration) and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) to organize the User's access to the closed (extended) Project Content.

The User guarantees that he has all the necessary powers to conclude this Agreement.

If the User has not reached the age of majority (18 years) or he has become completely incapacitated due to the occurrence of another circumstance provided for by current legislation, he is obliged to independently obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or legal representatives. Users under the age of 18 and/or who are not fully capable are not allowed to use Subscriptions without the participation and consent of their adult representatives — parents, adoptive parents, guardians, guardians.

General provisions
1.1. This Agreement is an additional agreement to the User Agreement posted on the link https://2chu.ru/terms/refund (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"). All terms used in the Agreement have the meaning defined in the User Agreement.

1.2. This Agreement is a legally binding agreement defining the terms and conditions for the use of paid subscription of Projects posted on the Website and providing extended access to their functionality (extended access to Project Content).

1.3. The Agreement is considered concluded and becomes effective as an affiliation agreement from the moment the User performs the actions provided for in clause 1.6. of the Agreement, meaning the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the Agreement without any exceptions and/or restrictions. The User, along with the Site Owner and the Site Administrator, becomes a Party to this Agreement.

1.4. The Agreement may be amended by the Site Administration, while the Site Administration notifies the User of the change in the Agreement by posting information about the change in the Agreement on the Site. The User independently monitors the changes in the text of the Agreement located on the Website. 2chu.ru or on the Project's Website.

1.5. When using the Website as part of a paid subscription, Users are required to follow this Agreement. In everything that is not provided for in this Agreement, the provisions of the User Agreement apply.

1.6. The acceptance of this Agreement as a legally binding document is the User's acceptance of its terms by placing a symbol in a specially designated field (window), followed by actions to pay for a paid Subscription according to the terms chosen by the User.

2. Order and pay for a Subscription

2.1. The Subscription provides the User with the opportunity to access the private Content of the Projects in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the User Agreement and the requirements of applicable legislation.

2.2. The User understands and agrees that the Subscription is valid from the date of its activation (payment) until the User refuses to continue using the Subscription, unless otherwise specified by the terms of access to and use of the Content posted on the Site.

The service is considered to have been rendered, and the Subscription Period begins to run from the moment of Acceptance of the Terms (including payment for services in the amount of the Subscription Fee) in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Agreement.

The fact of the service is confirmed by a cash receipt generated for the amount of the payment made and sent to the User by e-mail (if the User has not specified an e-mail address for sending checks, he can contact the technical support service to receive the missing checks).

2.3. The subscription period is not interrupted or suspended if the User fails to use the Marketplace services, as well as if the services are unavailable for the reasons provided for in this Agreement, these circumstances are not grounds for reviewing the Subscription Fee, the cost of Services, or for refunding funds for Services rendered.

2.4. The User agrees that for the purposes related to the conclusion, execution and termination of the Agreement, including to confirm the provision of Services, determine the cost, volume and quality of the Services provided, only the statistics of the Marketplace (including data from automated information accounting systems) are used, which can be provided to the User in the interface. The marketplace. The Marketplace does not provide any guarantees or representations regarding such statistical data, nor does it guarantee that they will be available to the User on a permanent basis, or in any particular form or format.

2.5. The cost of Subscriptions is set in rubles of the Russian Federation.

2.6. The paid Subscription period is 30 (thirty) calendar days.  Subscription fees are automatically debited on a regular basis every 30 (thirty) calendar days, on the first day of each subsequent Subscription period.

2.7. As part of the Author's Projects hosted on the Dvachu Marketplace, Users are given the opportunity to purchase a "Long-Term Subscription" for several package offers at special prices (including discounts/bonuses):

— Subscription for 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days (Annual subscription), as well as for any other extended period of time specified on the Marketplace

2.7.1. The cost of a Long-term Subscription, as well as the discount amount upon purchase, is determined by the Author and is reflected on the Author's Project pages in the Marketplace. All the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement apply to a Long-Term Subscription.

2.7.2. The auto-renewal of a Long-Term Subscription is carried out for the same period that was chosen by the User upon the initial purchase of the package offer, and at the same price for which the Long-term Subscription was originally purchased.

2.7.3. The annual subscription is renewed as a valid subscription after one year from the date of activation of the annual subscription. If the subscription is renewed, the funds will be debited by the payment method used for payment at the end of the current subscription period.

2.8. Subscription payment is carried out without the direct participation of the User, but with his prior consent on an ongoing basis by automatically debiting funds from the User's bank account or account in the electronic payment system (similar services), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bank and (or) the payment system, to the account of the Dvachu. If the User has agreed to automatic debits, after linking the payment method, the Site can send requests for automatic debiting of money and the payment is performed without additional confirmation from the User. The site will be able to continue debiting money upon reissue of the card, subject to the technical capability of the issuing bank of the card.

2.9. The Subscription price, as well as the quantity and quality of the Content available under it, cannot be changed during the paid Subscription period.

The Author has the right to unilaterally change the amount of the subscription fee without any special notification, and therefore the User undertakes to regularly monitor possible changes on the project page. At the same time, the User who has signed up and paid for a Subscription (with automatic Subscription renewal) will be notified of such a change no later than on the effective date of the changes in the following way (at the choice of the Author and/or the Site): by posting the new cost on the project page, or by posting information about the new subscription fee in the User's Personal Account, in marketing and promotional materials provided to Users via the Internet, by e-mail or other communication channels. At the same time, the cost of the Subscription Period actually paid by the User at the time of making the corresponding changes is not subject to change.

2.10. Subscription payments are made by bank transfer: · via bank cards of the international payment systems MIR, JCB, Visa International and Mastercard WorldWide; · via the payment systems HUMOPEU or other methods specified on the Website. The User can view all valid payment methods on the Website.

2.11 When making a payment, the User is obliged to follow the payment instructions according to the order and payment methods.

2.12. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the list of payment systems for Subscription payments at any time without prior notice on the Site or direct warning to Users.

2.13. In order to avoid the Administration charging a Subscription fee, the User must cancel (disable) Subscribe until the end of the Subscription period in the User's personal account on the Service or by contacting technical support at support@2chu.ru .

2.14. Electronic checks and other documents issued by banks and payment systems to confirm the transfer of funds serve as confirmation of the User's payment.
